The Wall Street Journal | Autonomy OEM Agreement With Oracle

Software company Autonomy Corporation PLC (AU.LN) Friday announced two new licensing agreements.

Autonomy said that it had entered into an original equipment manufacturer agreement with Oracle Corp. (ORCL), the world's largest enterprise software company, for the license of Autonomy software.

The Cambridge-based company also said that it had begun a licensing agreement with Dow Jones & Co Inc., publisher of this newswire, to provide software.

Financial details of the agreements were not disclosed.

Autonomy provides organizations with infrastructure technology that helps to find unstructured electronic data stored on computer systems, in text, e-mail, voice and video format.

Shares of Autonomy closed Thursday down 1.6% at 980 pence, having risen 48% in the past twelve months.
